My stay at Anchorage Downtown Hotel left a lot to be desired. The location was decent, as it was close to downtown and all the essentials within walking distance. However, the room had a musty smell, and the breakfast options were limited to only coffee and bread. While some staff were friendly, my overall experience was marred by a double charge issue that took way too long to resolve.
